🚚 U.S. Shipping

Orders placed before 11:00 AM CST are shipped the same day from our Chicago facility. Any orders placed after that time will be shipped the following business day.
Once your package leaves our warehouse, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days anywhere in the United States, depending on your location and carrier service.

We proudly ship our original Intense Oud perfumes worldwide. After dispatch, international deliveries generally take 15–20 business days, depending on your country’s customs process and local postal service efficiency.

Estimated Delivery Times

At Intense Oud, we strive to ensure that your order reaches you quickly and securely. Once your order has been shipped, our team can no longer make changes to the delivery address, as the package is already in transit with the carrier.

However, you may still have options depending on the shipping provider handling your package.

🔄 Changing Your Delivery Address After Shipping

If you need to change your delivery address after your order has been dispatched, you can contact the carrier directly(for example, UPS or USPS) to request:

• A delivery address correction or reroute, or

• A hold for pickup at a local post office, access point, or secure collection center.

• Address changes are subject to the carrier’s policies and fees.

• Intense Oud cannot guarantee approval of such requests once the order is in transit.

📦 Picking Up Your Order from a Local Post Office or Collection Point

If you prefer to collect your package yourself, most major carriers (including UPS, USPS, and FedEx) allow you to arrange pickup at a nearby collection point after shipment. Simply contact the carrier using your tracking number to confirm the available options.

At Intense Oud, we work closely with trusted shipping partners to ensure your authentic Middle Eastern perfumes arrive safely and on time.

If your order was shipped to the incorrect address, please contact our customer support team. They will provide you with a link to a form that needs to be filled out to address the issue.

Once you have completed the form, kindly inform us, and we will promptly arrange for either a replacement or a refund to resolve the situation. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will work swiftly to correct any issues with your order. 🤝 

If an item is out of stock on our website, you may still be able to purchase it by calling us directly within the provided time range. In the case that no more items are available, we will inform you when the product will be restocked.

Your order may be cancelled due to an inability to ship to the provided address or if the order has been identified as potentially fraudulent. In both cases, we will reach out to communicate the issue.

If an item in your order arrives damaged, please contact us to inform us of the damage. You can then request either a refund or a replacement for the damaged item.

In the case that your order's status is marked as 'delivered' but you have not received it, please check with your local post office as there may be a delay in delivery. If the item is not received within 3 business days, inform us so we can assist further and coordinate with the carrier if necessary.

Your package can be tracked by using the tracking information provided. We will send you an order confirmation along with a tracking link so you can follow your package right to your door.

Return Policy Guideline for Perfumes

At Intense Oud, we value customer satisfaction and strive to provide you with the highest quality products. In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your perfume purchase, we have developed the following return policy guidelines:

Return Timeframe:

You may return your perfume within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be postmarked or returned to our store within this timeframe.

Condition of the Perfume:

The perfume must be returned in its original packaging and be in resalable condition. Additionally, the perfume bottle should be at least 95% full. Please ensure that the fragrance has not been significantly used or damaged.

Proof of Purchase:

A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns. This can include the original receipt, order confirmation email, or your order ID that verifies the purchase from Intense Oud.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

a) Contact our customer support team within the 30-day return period to notify us of your intention to return the perfume. You can reach us through [email protected] 

b) Our customer support representative will guide you through the return process and provide you with the necessary instructions.

c) Pack the perfume securely in its original packaging to prevent any damage during transit.

d) Ship the package using a reputable carrier with tracking capabilities. We recommend purchasing insurance for the return shipment to safeguard against any unforeseen incidents.

Refund or Exchange:

Upon receiving the returned perfume and verifying that it meets the return policy criteria, we will process your request for a refund or exchange.

a) Refund: If you prefer a refund, the purchase price of the perfume, excluding any shipping charges, will be refunded to the original payment method used for the purchase.

b) Exchange: If you wish to exchange the perfume for a different fragrance or product of equal value, we will facilitate the exchange accordingly. Any price differences will be handled separately.

Non-Returnable Items:

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used or partially used perfumes. Additionally, any items not purchased directly from Intense Oud  are not eligible for return.

Shipping Costs:

Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Damaged or Defective Perfumes:

If you receive a damaged or defective perfume, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will provide assistance and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Damaged products.

At Intense Oud, we provide the option of replacements and refunds for damaged products. In order to initiate the process of claiming a refund or requesting a replacement for a damaged product, we kindly request that you provide us with a photograph depicting the damage or leakage. This visual evidence is essential for us to proceed with the necessary actions and address your concern appropriately. 

If you received the wrong item in your order, please reach out to us with the details. We will arrange to send you the correct item and may also provide you with a return label to send back the incorrect item.

To return a product, please follow these steps:
