Return Policy Guideline for Perfumes
At Intense Oud, we value customer satisfaction and strive to provide you with the highest quality products. In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your perfume purchase, we have developed the following return policy guidelines:
You may return your perfume within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be postmarked or returned to our store within this timeframe.
Condition of the Perfume:
The perfume must be returned in its original packaging and be in resalable condition. Additionally, the perfume bottle should be at least 95% full. Please ensure that the fragrance has not been significantly used or damaged.
Proof of Purchase:
A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns. This can include the original receipt, order confirmation email, or your order ID that verifies the purchase from Intense Oud.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
a) Contact our customer support team within the 30-day return period to notify us of your intention to return the perfume. You can reach us through [email protected]
b) Our customer support representative will guide you through the return process and provide you with the necessary instructions.
c) Pack the perfume securely in its original packaging to prevent any damage during transit.
d) Ship the package using a reputable carrier with tracking capabilities. We recommend purchasing insurance for the return shipment to safeguard against any unforeseen incidents.
Refund or Exchange:
Upon receiving the returned perfume and verifying that it meets the return policy criteria, we will process your request for a refund or exchange.
a) Refund: If you prefer a refund, the purchase price of the perfume, excluding any shipping charges, will be refunded to the original payment method used for the purchase.
b) Exchange: If you wish to exchange the perfume for a different fragrance or product of equal value, we will facilitate the exchange accordingly. Any price differences will be handled separately.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used or partially used perfumes. Additionally, any items not purchased directly from Intense Oud are not eligible for return.
Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
Damaged or Defective Perfumes:
If you receive a damaged or defective perfume, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will provide assistance and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Changes to the Return Policy:
Intense Oud reserves the right to modify or update this return policy at any time. The updated policy will be effective immediately and will be applicable to all future purchases and returns.
